2025 Registration
Registration is CLOSED for the 2025 season. Please check again next year around April if you are interested in joining the team.
Pre Registration: for returning 2024 families will be February 23rd through March 16th (Registration will open up at 8 p.m. on February 23rd, you will receive a link via email if you are eligible. Registration will close on March 16th at 8 p.m.)
Open Registration: will be March 30th through April 27th. (Registration will open via the team websites at 8 p.m. on March 30th.)
Late Registration: will be April 28th through May 6th. (NO free registration t-shirt for late registration.)
If an age group is full, please go to the registration button, and register. You will be added to the waitlist from there. If a spot opens up, the registrar will email you.

We are a summer swim league. Summer league runs from May 1 through the end of June.
**Please note every swimmer must be able to swim one time across the pool unassisted by the fifth (5) day of practice. This is for the safety of all swimmers and coaches.
**Swimmers ages 15-18 pay a reduced rate of $50 for registration, and parents do not have volunteer requirements associated with that swimmer.
2025 Swim Season

*Parents are required to volunteer 2 shifts per swimmer ages 4-14. 5 shifts for 3 plus swimmers. Parents not required to volunteer for a 15 and up swimmer.
*Current year Team suits required at meets
* All Swimmers must attend 2 of 4 or 3 of 5 meets
*Swim meets up on team pages
*Meet of Champs for qualifiers
*All Star Meet
*Maintain distance from Swimmer area
*Parents do not approach coaches on deck!!!
*Swimmers must be able to swim 25 yards unassisted by the 5th day of swim practice!!
*Volunteers will sign Whale waivers.
*All volunteers will complete Athlete Protection Training

Below gives you a brief overview of what you will need depending on your job.
Console Operator Training
Console operators will train and be certified to run the timing and Meet Manager systems during a WHALe meet. This requires an annual certification. In order to obtain this 2025 certification, the following courses must be completed:
- WHALe Console Certification & Overview – 2025
- Dolphin Wireless- 2025
- Meet Manager- 2025
Stroke/Turn Judge Training
Stroke/Turn judges and officials will train to identify stroke, touch, and turn infractions. This requires a annual certification.

Starter/Referee Official Training
Starter and Referees will train to effectively run and officiate the meet. This requires a annual certification.In order to obtain the 2025 certification, the following courses must be completed:

2025 CRST T-Shirt Contest
Time to design our 2025 t-shirt. CRST is once again calling for our swimmers to design our 2025 t-shirt.
