2026 Swim Season
No Refunds Given
Swimmers must be able to swim 25 yards unassisted by the 5th day of swim practice!!
Swim meet schedule is posted on the "swim meets" tab, and other important dates on the "schedule" tab. There are be four head to head meets, plus the Meet of Champs and All Star Meet (for qualifiers). All swimmers must attend 2 of 4 head to head meets.
Current year team suits are required at meets (the 2026 suit is the same as last season). Visit D&J Sports at 617 South Mason Road for your 2025-26 Speedo ProLT Bolted team suit in GREEN.
Running a swim meet is a tremendous amount of work, so we require a parent to volunteer for 2 shifts for every swimmer age 4 to 14, with a maximum of 5 shifts. THANK YOU in advance for supporting our swimmers and our team. Volunteers must sign Whale waivers and complete Athlete Protection Training:

If you have any questions or concerns, a member of the South Ranch Board will be at every practice, so please bring it to their attention. Parents, please do not approach the coaches during practice.

Below gives you a brief overview of what you will need depending on your job.
Console Operator Training
Console operators will train and be certified to run the timing and Meet Manager systems during a WHALe meet. This requires an annual certification. In order to obtain this 2026 certification, the following courses must be completed:
- WHALe Console Certification & Overview – 2026
- Dolphin Wireless - 2026
- Meet Manager - 2026
Stroke/Turn Judge Training
Stroke/Turn judges and officials will train to identify stroke, touch, and turn infractions. This requires a annual certification.

Starter/Referee Official Training
Starter and Referees will train to effectively run and officiate the meet. This requires a annual certification. In order to obtain the 2026 certification, the following courses must be completed:
